Today I did a morning workout! I try to do that 3-4 times every week. I get up at 5am or 5:15 and arrive at the gym around 5:30 / 5:45am. I work out with one of my girlfriends, who is also my colleague. It’s good to have a workout buddy, so you can push each other, and help getting each other up in the morning!
I always start with some cardio for about 30 minutes, that is typically walking up hill on the treadmill or running 5K. After that I either do a leg workout or an upper body workout. Everyday I do ab exercises, in between sets, and I try to remember to do back exercises every other time, as well. (It’s important to do back exercises, when you do ab exercises!)
To me, weight training is a bit boring, so I also like to do some skipping in between sets, or handstands and something like that.
